Joe George Jernigan, has been in Shamrock, Texas and the surrounding area for most of his life.  He attended 12 years of school, as well as attending college at the University of North Texas in Denton.  He came back to Shamrock, Texas in the spring of 1977 to begin his pastoral work. 

He and his wife D'Anna founded Calvary Christian Fellowship, on December 20 1981.  They have 4 children Joey, John, Joanna and Jessie, Brother Joe has ministered in Africa, Mexico, Hawaii and other areas of the nation.

Recently, a new field of endeavor has opened up for him to minister to the trucking industry and those who travel our nation's highways via XM Satellite radio.  He is very excited about the pastoral contributions he can make to those lives. He is also very grateful to Bill Mack and his wife Cindy for their interest in his music and willingness to play it for the enjoyment of you listeners.
